Through it's Dog Warden Service, Swindon Borough Council is responsible for the collection of stray dogs that are reported within the confines of the Borough of Swindon in Wiltshire. If the dog is collected but the owner cannot be located, the dog will be taken to the kennels where it will be kept for 7 days before efforts are made to re-home it.
