This beautiful and very friend girl is Daisy, a 3 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross breed rescue dog currently under the care of the RSPCA in Fareham, Hampshire. Daisy has been at the dog rescue centre for well over a year now and can not understand why she has been abandoned. Do you have room in your family for lovely Daisy?
Daisy was brought to the centre as she doesn't like being left alone and can get a little anxious - she has had an unsettled past which has no doubt caused this problem.
Daisy needs a responsible and experienced owner without other dog or cats. A secure garden is an absolute must. Daisy can live with children of 5 years or over. Most importantly, Daisy needs a loving home in which she will feel secure and can gain her confidence back.
Like all Staffs, Daisy is an exceptionally loyal and affectionate dog. Love given to her will be returned ten-fold. She will make a wonderful companion to someone who is prepared to invest some time into her training. The RSPCA will consider rehoming Daisy within 50 miles of Fareham or possibly a little further for the right home. This includes areas within Sussex, Surrey, Berkshire, Dorset and Wiltshire.
Daisy is a healthy rescue dog and has been spayed, vaccinated and microchipped.
RSPCA Solent Branch runs The Stubbington Ark Animal Shelter in Fareham and RSPCA Veterinary Clinic in Shirley, Southampton. It is an independently registered charity which receives no government funding or lottery grants. The Stubbington Ark is the focus for local RSPCA animal welfare services in the Portsmouth and Southampton area. It provides shelter for all manner of animals, domestic and wildlife, and there are usually more than 600 animals on site at any one time.
