SARITA HAS BEEN REHOMED.
Sarita was rescued from the pound when she was about to be destroyed. Sarita has lost all hope and her sparkle is gone, she has not had a good life and seems to feel that she will not know love and that no one will want her. Even still Sarita has so much to offer.
With people she ignores them, when fussed she reacts slowly almost like she is nervous - perhaps thinking she may be hit - but slowly she begins to enjoy the attention and given time she would repay any kindness ten times over with devotion.
Sarita is looking for a home with older children as young children would be too much for her. She is a very quiet undemanding girl, not expecting anything. She is good on a lead and is learning that the outdoors brings a whole new set of things to enjoy. She does not require hours of exercise.
Sarita was very underweight when she came into Animal Helpline's care and is slowly gaining; she enjoys her food, she does not know what toys are and is just beginning to learn what chews and treats are for. Sarita is very good with other dogs and mixes well with big and small dogs, she travels well and is toilet trained and can be left with no destuction or noise.
Sarita is looking for an angel who can give her back her sparkle and make her enjoy being a doggy again, being loved and well cared for and being safe. Hopefully someone out there can help this gorgeous girl.
