VENUS HAS NOW BEEN REHOMED.
Venus (was Rimona) arrived at Cheltenham Animal Shelter in Gloucestershire in a terrible state, having been found straying with another dog called Apollo. Apollo has since been rehomed but poor Venus is still waiting. Venus was thin, covered in mange and had clearly not been shown any love or care for some time when she arrived. Despite this, she has a heart of gold, is friendly to everyone and everything she meets and will make a fabulous pet.
Venus is a playful young girl with alot of energy. Ideally she needs an active home where children are older as the rescue worry she may knock little ones over. Venus is intelligent, loves her food and is quite happy to take bribes so will be an easy dog to train! She is a favourite amongst the volunteers at the shelter and will make a lucky person/family a loving and fun companion. Venus gets along well with other dogs and could happily live with them.
Venus has been neutered, microchipped and her vaccinations are up to date. She has also been wormed and flea treated and comes with 4 weeks free insurance.
